Drama

Why do some people not respect what you do for them? I have never understood that. I am the type of friend that puts everything before myself and it seems like some friends that I have just always take advantage of that. It is not right and I should not have to put up with it. The only thing is that I have been so close to all of their families for a very long time. I don't know how to place boundaries around that. I want to still be friends with the families but I don't know if I am going to be able to. I guess we will see. Its going to be very hard. You go from being one of the best friends to the worst enemy overnight when I know that I did not do anything wrong. That is how my week is turning out to be.

One thing that I do have to say is Bonnie's husbands dad is in the hospital. He went in last week because he thought he was having a heart attack. When he had all of the tests ran they found out that it was a heart attack but his gal bladder. He was scheduled to have surgery this morning but when they out him under his lungs collapsed. They had to be a respirator in and now he is touch and go. Larry (the husband) is now on a plane coming back from Florida to be with his dad. They doctors do not know if he will make it out of this. I need everyone to put him and his family in your prayers during this difficult time. I know this is hard on the family since they have been out of town.

Fun in the Sun

For the most part this weekend was great! I had soo much fun! On Saturday when I got off of work I went back to Bonnie's house where I am house sitting and I went swimming! Taylor, her parents, brother, and Grace all came over. It was the first time in a long time that we all got to hang out together. It was great! Grace was so much fun to watch because she is fearless. She would sand on one of the steps of the ladder and she would jump off to you. You would say, "do you want to jump?" and and she say, "no!" then here she came! No seems to be her favorite word but its ok because it sooo cute. Her swimsuit was also the cutest thing ever. Tanner and Taylor had wars in the pool. Everytime one of them would finally get on a blow up raft the other would tip them over. Haha!! Grace has trouble saying Stephanie and I don't blame her because its not the easiest name to say. She finally started saying her version and that worked for me! After we went swimming for a couple of hours we went and ate Mexican food. Yummo! That it the spot. Later that night I went to Wal-Mart to buy a couple of things and then rented some movies.

The first movie I watched was called Breach. It was just ok. I thought it was going to be a lot better than it really was. So i was a little disappointed. The next movie that I watched on Sunday was called The Last Time. I didn't like that one either. It had alot of language and sex scenes. It was not good. I ended up turning it off before the movie was done. It was that bad. I rented 2 others so I hope they are good. I don't know if I was just having a off weekend of selecting movies or if there just isn't any good one out there that are new releases.

Sunday was a lot of fun as well. I met Lora and her family at Ihop for breakfast/lunch. I think it was the hottest restaurant that I have ever gone to. The a/c was not working. Our waitress gave us a part of the menu to fan ourselves with. It was so hot that Rylee told our waitress "Its just way to hot in here." We died laughing. After we were all done eating we went back to Loras so Rylee could take a nap. That gave just enough time for me and Lora to have grown up talk. Don't get me started because there is a lot of drama that is happening in my life right now. Anyways, after she took her nap we all just dressed and went swimming! She lives in an apartment so we went swimming there. Oh course that was a lot of fun to. Rylee cracks me up. The water was perfect because it wasn't to hot or cold. It was just right. We swam for for awhile. It just felt so good not to worry about anything and just relax.

So this weekend was definitely a sun filled weekend. Summer is the time to just kick back and relax in the water and that is what I did this weekend. I had the best time!

Jumpin Crickets

This week has been kinda crazy. When I look back at the week there isn't much that sticks out. Starting today I am going to start house sitting for my boss. She is going to Florida for vacation. She is going to be back next Saturday. This will be a lot of fun because she has the cutest dog and she lives so close to work. It normally takes me about 20 to 25 minutes to get to work but next week it will only take me about 8.

On Tuesday I got off of work early because I have to work Saturday. When I work on Saturdays we get to have a afternoon during the middle of the week. So that is kinda nice. So when I got off work I went to Lora's houses and we went shopping. At the beginning of our adventure we had Rylee (her 4 year old) but she got to go spend the night with her grandma. She missed her grandma so she said she wanted to go and stay the night. Well while going over there she told me that she was going to get married Wednesday at 2:30 to a little boy she goes to church with. So I guess for now on I am just going to have to call her Mrs. Rylee. She is so cute. I just love her to death. Well after we dropped her off we met up with Lora's mom so we could go shopping. When you get all of us together you NEVER know what is going to happen next. We had the best time. We went out to eat and you should have heard some on the conversations we had. It was great!

Last night I went to a cookout with my mom. She works for a dentists and he had a little get together. He just moved into his house and it was so nice. I would love to live there. Anyway, after all of us ate dinner (which by the way the way it was sooo good) she gave every employee a wrapped box. The doctor had bought everyone a pair of Nike shocks. They were awesome. He was so nice for doing something like that. He just did it out of the blue. After we left there I went to my managers house to find out how to feed the frogs and hermit crab. One of her gran daughters for her birthday got these animals. Well she is also going on vacation so I get to look after them. I guess the frogs eat live crickets? They keep these crickets in this round tube thing. It has carrots and potatoes in it to help them live. I don't understand why but oh well. When Bonnie lifted the tube of crickets up the bottoms fell off of the tube. Crickets went everywhere!! It was soo funny trying to run as fast as we could to get all of the crickets out of the floor. It was crazy! There were probably over 50 crickets on the ground. We thought we got all of them but we didn't. We keep finding them the rest of the night. Her husband thought it was pretty funny!

This next week is going to be interesting because since my boss is on vacation that means that I am in charge. That is kinda scary since I was just promoted into this position but I will be ok. I know that I can call people if anything goes wrong. Wish me luck!
