Bunco Winner Right Here!

So its been a couple of days since I have posted anything. I think I am finally getting things back where I want them on my page. I didn't realize that it deletes your stuff when you change your background. I am going to save everything next time! There are a lot of my food and craft blogs that I cant find but I am searching. I love those blogs even though I don't know who they are. The craft blogs have really good ideas on them. I am in a card club that once a month we make a certain kind of card. One month might be Christmas the next might have to be a card that has ribbon on it. It all just depends. The food ones have a lot of great recipes on them. I have already tried 2 recipes and they were both great. I think it just gives you some new ideas so I have to find them again.



Anyways, on another note this week has been good. Monday after I got off work it was raining so hard that people were going 40 mph on the bypass. Those are the days that I wish I didn't have to go to school. I sucked it up though and went. I love it when it rains and I don't have to get out in it. Other than that I hate the rain. One of my biggest fears is driving in the rain. Its probably not a good one to have since obviously your going to have to drive in every once in a while. The reason I have that fear is because I have been in 2 car accidents. When it happened it was raining. Don't worry I have a different car now so its better! The kind of Monday I had as just a Monday. Nothing happened and it was really dead at work. I hate days like that!



Tuesday was a great day except for my math class. Nothing much went on at work until I went to class. Have you ever had one of those days that you thought you were doing everything right but at the end you were doing it all wrong? That was me in math. For some reason I forgot everything. We have a test today so I am hoping that does not happen on the test. So wish me luck. I'm going to need all the help I ca get. After I got off of work I went to Bunco. We had 20 people show up! That's a lot of girls in one house. I pretty sure that's the biggest group of girls that has ever come before. It was so much fun. I now even have my mom playing with us! She loves it. I ended up being the biggest winner! I had 3 bunco's and won the most money! I was so excited because I really need money right now. I am so broke.



Last Friday I went to the eye doctor. My vision stayed the same but I decided to get some new glasses! I love them They are burgundy. I want them to get here so bad. The doctor said it would take about a week so only a couple of more days!! Donna (one of my friends) has been so sick lately. She went to the hospital Saturday night. They did blood work and sent her home with antibiotics. She went back to the doctor on Monday and they sent her to the hospital. She ended up having meningitis! She got out of the hospital yesterday but she is on strict bed rest. She can not get out of that bed until the doctor says she can. She will be laying there until Monday at least. Not good, ecspecialy for her because she is the kind of people that can not be in one place. So I hope that she gets better fast!

Bikes, Blues, and BBQ

Let me start off my saying that this weekend was sooo much fun! It was very busy without a lot of sleep but it was amazing. Starting on Friday, me and a group of friends went out to Dickson. Jennifer came into town so we went out with her. She is so much fun and wished that she still lived her. Her friends are also very nice and fun to be around. We saw a lot of people that we went to school with. Whitney's parents knew that we were going to be having fun so she drove us down there which was nice because we didn't have to worry about parking that way. After everyone got to Dickson there were about 15 of us. Of course you have your clicks that you talk to but it wasn't that bad for a change. Only one certain person got mad and I really don't care about them anyway. I know that sounds mean but you just have to know this person. If you did you would feel the same way. We didn't leave until about 2 that morning. So Whitney's mom came and picked us back up. There were8 people in her 1 car. We were packed but there were some of us that could not drives so we thought that would be the safest thing to do.

The next morning was not so much fun waking up. I had to go to work the next day so I had to wake up at 7:30! Way to early when you didn't even get to bed until 3:30. I thought that I was going to fall asleep the entire time at work. Of course we were slow and had nothing to do. That made it even worse! When I got off of work I went to my dads company picnic. It was surprisingly a lot of fun. When I got there my dad was calling Bingo numbers. (He had to get a few pointers from me before he started) Have you ever been to a place that everyone knew you but you didn't know them? That's how I felt that day. Everyone that I talked to seemed to already know who I was. That's no big shocker though. My dad is a big talker! After we left there I went home and took a nap. It was well needed! The next thing I know Taylor is calling me saying that her and Gene are already down at Dickson. So i hurried and got dressed and went down there. By the time I got there it was impossible to park. It took me like 30 mins to park. I had to park all the up on School St. Once I got down there I had a lot of fun. Gene, Taylor, and I all went to Jose's to eat. It was yummy! After dinner we just walked up and down the street looking and the bikes and strange people. There is definitely a different kind of breed down there. Gene tried to hook me up with a 80 year old alcoholic. That was fun. As soon as he left a couple of ladies joined us for the night. I could not tell you the last time I laughed so hard. They were a blast. I think I got home from the night about 1:30 in the morning. Needless to say, Bikes, Blues, and BBQ was a success!

I woke up on Sunday morning about 11:30. That is really late for me to sleep. I am usually up about 9:30. Well I was suppose to go to a cookout for Jennifer that afternoon. So when I called them to make sure it was at 2 o'clock they told me everyone was already there and waiting for me. I still had to make 2 different dishes! They told me that they changed their minds and moved it to noon. I started freaking out! They said they would wait til 1 o'clock but if I wasn't there they were going to start without me. So I jumped out of bed and started making my dishes. I thought my parents could help me but they were not there. They had gone to the store. So I started freaking out even more. I made a spicy chip dip and peanut butter cheesecake brownies. They were soooo good! If anyone wants the recipes I can give them to you. They are also very easy to make! About 12:30 the Jones' called and said they were playing a joke on me and that it cookout was still at 2. I was so mad but relieved all at the same time. I rushed around so much that I had everything done even myself by 1 o'clock. They cookout turned out to be really fun. I did not want Jennifer to leave but she just kept saying that she was going to be back at Christmas. I think me and Whitney are planning a trip to North Carolina to go and see her. That will be a blast so I hope it happens!

Later that afternoon the girls decided to go to the movies. We went to go see The Women. The movie was not as good as I thought it was going to be. It was a lot different than I thought it was going to be. It was ok but I don't think I would go see it in the movies. I don't know if I didn't like it because I wanted it to be different or it just wasn't any good. It had a good story and was funny but it wasn't as funny as I thought it was going to be.

I finally made it home and in bed about 11:30 that night. I really didn't want to wake up the next morning but it was off to work from there. I still don't think I am caught up from this weekend. The weekend was a blast but I'm kind of glad that it only comes once a year because I cant do the busy weekend every weekend. It just gets to be to much. Well its back to work. waiting, waiting, and more waiting

I am trying to pass the time till my next class starts. It starts in about an hour. So maybe this will help the time pass by. Today I got off early because I have to work on Saturday morning. Bummer!! I reorganized everything at my desk today. I feel so much better now. I made new files, threw away a bunch of stuff, and just made everything the way I wanted it to be. I feel so much better now that task is done! This week has been really easy though due to work. On Monday I just worked my normal day but on Tuesday I got to go home early. About 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon our phones, alarms, and computers went down. The company that is building beside us accidently cut all of the wires to your bank. So for security reasons we had to leave. Which was fine with me. I never mind getting off early and being paid for it! So after I got off I went to go get Hope. Whitney (her mommy) has been really sick so I offered to take care of her for the day. We had so much fun. We went up to school so I could get my math test back and ran some other errands. I felt so bad for her because every time she would fall asleep was about the time I would have to take her back out. She is already 8 months old and I can not believe it! She is growing soo fast. When I went up to school everybody was going crazy over her. It was cute but I didn't want everyone touching her because you never know what other people do. I took her home about 6 p.m. last night and we were both wore out. She fell asleep and I wanted to but I didn't. I cant wait for the time we get to spend the day together!

Changing gears a little, I am so proud of myself. I am doing so well in all of my classes! This is the best that I have ever done in school. For once I am putting school before anything else. It also doesn't hurt that I can do my homework at work. On my math test I got a 97%! I think that is the highest I have ever made on a math test before. usually I do really bad or just passing. I am going to try to keep up the good work. I also passed my western civ test to! That is the test that I knew for sure I failed but i didn't!

I can not wait for this weekend!! Its Bikes, Blues, and BBQ! I have plans for the whole weekend but its ok because I am going to have so much fun. Jennifer (Whitney's cousin) is coming in from North Carolina to stay for the weekend. So all of us are going to go our Friday night. Its going to be crazy because all of her friends know how to have a great time. Saturday morning is going to come way to early I'm afraid. Oh well, I guess that's the price you have to pay for being young. On Saturday night another group of friends are going out! I usually am not the kind of person that likes to go out but this weekend I am. Bikes, Blues, and BBQ is a lot of fun since it only comes around once a year. You can spend the whole weekend walking up and down Dickson looking at all of the bikes and people. It gets kinda crazy sometimes. On Sunday I have to go to cookout. Whits family is having one since Jenn is in town. So I have a jammed packed weekend. I am looking so forward to it!

Since I got off work early today I planned to come up to school and do some homework. The only thing that I left to do was my math homework. So I got all the up here and I forgot my calculator! How stupid is that? Of course I cant do my math without a calculator. I even tried to use my phone but it cant do what I need it to do. That means that I have tried to waste about 3 hours before class. I would go somewhere but gas to so expensive it doesn't pay to go anywhere. Plus if I do then I would want to go shopping. That is the last thing that I need to be doing. Well now that I only have about 50 minutes I will go. Talk to you soon!

Over the Hill and Through the Woods, To Grandmothers House We Go

So this weekend was so much fun! To start everything off I had to babysit on Friday night. I don't mind babysitting for these kids though because I have known them for a long time now. It has been a while since I have babysat them and the oldest boy was asking his mom when Miss Stephanie was going to come play again. Isn't that so cute? It doesn't hurt either that they are very well behaved. The entire night the only thing we did was play the Wii and play board games. The oldest is 6 and the youngest is 3. They are getting so big on me. Anyways they are at the age that they think you are cool if you play games with them. We played so hard that by 9 pm they were sound asleep. I made them a big pallet on the floor and we watched a movie on t.v. Not 10 minutes went by and they were both sound asleep. I don't babysit much during the summer because the families are always doing things with each other but come back to school they are calling. This is prime time babysitting time. I don't mind it at all though!

On Saturday after I got off of work at noon I went down to Alma. When I got there I got to hang out with Granny, Aunt Kathy, Megan, Joyce, Taylor, Grace, and and one of Kathy's old friends. We had so much fun. Grace was cracking me up all day. At one point I asked her if she wanted to sit in my lap and she told me, "Busy". I about fell on the floor because I was laughing so much. Another thing she did was tell Granny's dog to move because she was in her way. You just never know what she is going to go. Kathy got her a costume of a M&M. Kathy loves M&M's so she just thought she would get it for her. I have pictures but I am at work. I need to still upload them. We just had so much fun hanging out at Granny's and talking.

On Friday, I called all of the Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, Circuit City, and Sam's stores in Northwest Arkansas looking for a Wii. What would you know, nobody had one. I have been wanting one for a while because they are so much fun. Several of my friends have one and I just wanted on for myself. Well, while I was eating Pizza Parlor Pizza I thought that I should call the Wal-Mart in Alma. Let me just say that I think that Pizza Parlor is one of the best pizza places ever. When I called to see if they had any they said they had two!!!! So Taylor, Megan, and I automatically went down there to get one. I sat it up when I got back home and have had so much fun. I only have the sports game right now but I'm going to get more. My parents are addicted to it! My mom last night kept saying she wanted re-matches. I am so glad that I got it. My dad now wants Guitar Hero and my mom wants the Wii Fit. I wasn't both so I'm fine with any of those choices.

Yesterday besides playing the Wii me and my parents went to the movies. We went to see Lake View Terrace. It was ok. I thought that is was going to be better than what it was. I'm still glad that we went though. We never go to the movies together. I think that it is a movie to watch but I would just rent it. I wouldn't go and see it in the theatres. Well I hope that everyone had a great weekend. I guess that I need to get back to work. Have a great day!

All the Extras

So I have not posted anything in about a week or so. I'm starting to get really bad about posting things. I need to get better. I have so busy lately with school and work. I was so ready for 4 pm Thursday because that meant that I didn't have any more tests to take. In a week and a half I have had 3 tests! Yuck! That has to be one of the worst things ever! Now I nt have to worry about school for a little bit. Why do teachers always have to schedule things around the same time? It never seems to fail that tests always happen like that.

Anyways enough about school. I'm sure none of you even want to hear about that. I am soooo excited today! I am going to Alma to go see Granny!!!! I have not seen her in forever! When Taylor and Joyce asked is I wanted to come down there was no question about it. I was going!!! She is one of the greatest Granny's ever! I must say. She treats me like I am one of her grandchildren. That means the world to me since I don't have any grandparents. Its just great knowing that you have people that you can turn to if you were ever to need anything. The Nabors family is all like that. I just can not express how grateful I am to know their family. It never hurts that they always have fun and can see the good side in everything.

Work is starting to pick up. I'm loving it. Since we are fairly new up here we don't have a lot of foot traffic in and out the door. I'm the past couple of weeks I have seen a change in how many transaction we do a day. Everyone always asks us if we are sounds and safe as far as going under and we are. We currently do not have any bad loans and accounts that are making us hurt. Metropolitan is really good about making sure you can afford something. I think that is great because so many people come in here and ask for loans and you know that they are either not going to pay them back or have know why of ever getting out of debit. Its just going to keep getting larger and larger. Some might think that its that customers fault but its partly our (the bank) fault for giving them the money. Have I ever said that I love me job. My boss is one of the most laid back managers I have ever seen but she knows when she needs to get to business to.

How about all of that rain last weekend? It was crazy! I decided that I was going to go out with a couple of friends Saturday night and that was a mistake. I should have stayed home. I left Dickson about 1:30 am and I could not see in front of me. When I was trying to walk to my car I got soaked. There was so much water that it was coming up above my heels. That's a lot of water. When I got to my car of course I was soaked and I drove home. I stayed on the main roads because I knew that there was going to be flooding. Little did I know that College was going to be flooded! There were some parts that I didn't know if I could make it through. When I got home I realized that we didn't have any power. We did not get power until Monday morning. Since mom was starting a new job Monday we decided that we would stay the night in a hotel. She didn't want to show up on her first day and not look good. It didn't bother me because I was about 5 minutes from work. Which was a good change a pace.

Fall!!

Have I ever said that I love the fall? Well If I haven't I do. Its the best time of the year. Its not to hot and its not to cold. Its perfect. There are so many things to do in the fall as well. The most important thing is football! I love football!!!! Especially my HOGS! Even though they are not going to be very good this year I still love them. This year is only a rebuilding year but that's ok because we are going to be better next year. Even though we have had two very close wins. Another thing about fall is the cooler weather and the changing colors of the trees My favorite thing to wear is a long sleeved shirts and Capri's. I don't know why but I just love it. It is so comfortable because you dont get to hot or cold. One other thing about the fall is cold weather food. Now I do love grilled burger and hot dogs during the summer but I'm just ready for comfort food. Anytime I think of comfort food its always during the fall or winter. Right now I am eating some soup my mom made for me the day I had my surgery. Its awesome! Its seven can soup even though our has eight. So I guess I will call it eight can soup. It just makes me want to crawl up on the couch and watch a good movie. Oh and I can not forget that you can roll your windows down in your car or put them down in your house and you will have free air conditioner.

I just thought I would share a couple of things that I love about the fall. Only if the weather would stay like this the entire year. That would be great!

homework, homework, homework

Could I have anymore homework??? Between working full-time and going to school at night I have no time for myself. This is why I have not been blogging as much. I have not had any spare time to do anything. I come to work and either work or do homework. I go to school after I get off of work and have to take notes. I get home from work and do more homework. That seems to be the story of my life. Homework, Homework, Homework!!! I needed to catch up on some math yesterday but I just did not feel like it. So I didn't! I some of it when I got to work this morning but stopped after a couple of hours. I just get so bored doing math all of the time. It seems like I always have something due in that class. I know I should just stop complaining but I cant. The classes I tonight are not bad because I really like my teachers but tomorrow is another story. I like my math teacher so far she just makes us do a lot. If you cant tell by now I cant stand math. I hate it with a passion. It doesn't like me and I don't like it. I should be a good student and do some homework while I have some downtime but I'm not going to. What will probably happen is that I will get more tonight and have to try to catch up this weekend. Bunko

Bunko is something I do the first Tuesday of every month. My boss got me into the game a little over a year ago. Its so much fun. There are a wide variety of women and ages. Its a girl only thing so people just get around and talk about their husbands, kids, jobs, etc. Things that girls like to talk about. Since I have been going I have seen how the group is getting bigger. Which is great. We play for money so the bigger the group the more money you win! Its a dice game that requires no concentration.

Last Tuesday was the last time we played. I hosted it at my house. When someone hosts the party they always make dinner and desert. Us girls like to eat. I made baked spaghetti and garlic bread. I thought I was going to have lots of leftovers but by the end of the night it was almost gone. I made several things for dessert because I didn't know what people liked to eat. I loved it all which probably wasn't the best thing for me to eat.

Everyone laughs so hard when we get together. You never know what the other person is going to say. If anyone ever wants to come just let me know. New people com all of the time and its not hard to pick up on the game. If I can play it anyone can. It starts about 6 ish and lasts for a couple of hours. The latest I think it has ever latest was 8:30. This allows everyone to get back to their families and not miss out on anything. Like I said we have a blast. I'm so glad that I can be apart of something like this.

Girls Day Out!

So after I got all that sleep from having my wisdom teeth removed I decided to go shopping! I had so much energy I just needed to go do something. Saturday night I was suppose to go to Amanda's wedding and I had nothing to wear. So Taylor, Joyce, Grace, and I all went shopping for the day! We had so much fun! We went all around the promenade trying to find something to wear. I found a black dress that is really cute and it was on sale. That is always the best kind. I wanted to find something colorful but this dress was going to work. At least I can wear it to work. Taylor found a really cute skirt that I wanted. I was so shocked that we both found something to wear because it never fails that only one of use finds something that we like. Taylor I think went everywhere trying to find brown shoes to wear with her super cute skirt. Luckily we wear the same shoe size and I brought a pair of my brown heels. They looked so good on her! I would upload pictures but I'm at work and can not do that on our computers. That is why I never have pictures because I always blog at work. I know I bad for doing this!

After we spent all day shopping we had to hurry up and go back to Taylor's house so we could finish getting ready. Grace looked really cute in her dress. We left her house at 6:15. The wedding started at 6:30. I thought we were going to be so late but we made it just in time! Her wedding was so beautiful! She had some of the best ideas. In every center piece she had the word love in a different language. Another great idea was a photo booth. I would have never thought of something like that! You got to keep a copy and the couple got to keep the other. I just though this was great. They had Joe Giles and the Heartbreakers as their band. If you have never heard of them you need to. They are great. I had so much fun dancing with Grace. She was having a blast!

After the wedding Grace was ready to go to bed. After everything we put her through that day she was great. It was just a great day. It has been a while since all of us got to hang out together and do girly things. I am so excited that Taylor now has Saturdays off so we can do this more often. It always a joy to spend a day with those girls.

Wisdom Tooth

Wow it has been a while since I have posted anything. Sorry about that. My life has been crazy the past couple of weeks. I don't even know where to start. I guess I will start with Friday. I got my wisdom tooth out Friday morning. I was so scared that it was going to hurt and I was going to be in a lot of pain. That was the complete opposite. It didn't hurt at all. They knocked me out to do it because my tooth was impacted. I only have one though so that's good. The last thing I remember them saying was go to happy land. Kind of weird I know! I loved happy land. I didn't know what was going on. The next thing I know I am waking up in a strange room. The next thing I remember is being in my mom car driving to get my prescriptions. We went to Harps so we could also get a couple of things and I got to drive one of the motorized scooters. Man those things are fun when you have no idea whats going on. I ran into Courtney which I use to work with at Harps and she just her wisdom teeth out to. What a small world. I finally got to go home and I took a nap. I got up ate dinner and went back to bed. The next time I woke up was about 10 am the next morning. I had slept for 14 hours straight! I felt great afterwards. I had so much energy I didn't know what to do. All I knew was that I was not going to let my mouth get in my way of the weekend!

I am just so glad that everything went great. I just kept hearing horror stories about how horrible it was to get them out. I just knew that I was not going to be able to do anything the whole weekend and get dry socket. My worst nightmare!!

Busy Busy Day

Ok so yesterday I had the day off. It sounded great at the time but by the end of the day I was so tired! I was non stop all day. I woke up around 9:30 and got ready for my adventure. One I was ready me and my dad went to have lunch. That was really nice because we never get to go to lunch anymore since we work across town from one another. After we were done eating I went to go visit Donna. I was going to go get my books for school but I knew I wouldn't have time to go up to Bentonville before my doctors appointment. I visited with her at her office for about 30 minutes then went to my appointment. This was the appointment I was not looking forward to because it is the one where I was going to have to schedule a time to take my wisdom tooth out. Not fun! So While I was at the doctors office the doctor told me that I was 1 out of 3 people he has ever seen with only 1 wisdom tooth. I told him I was special. Well I guess my appointment is going to be September 5 at 9:30. :( Anyways, after I left there I had to go to Whitney's house because she forgot her car seat and she was up in Bella Vista to get her little girl Hope. So I had to drive all the way up there to give that to her. Once I did that I finally went to the bookstore. That was a nightmare! It was sooo busy. I guess everyone had the same idea I did with getting books. So for me to have 3 classes my total for books were $423!!! My mouth about hit the floor. That was even with some of them being used. After I recovered from that episode I had to go to Old Navy and the mall to return some stuff. That made me feel a little bit better. I decided at that point that I might as well go to Wal-Mart and buy school stuff. So that is done with. I do feel good about that. So I thought my day was over because I had ran all my errands. All wrong! When I got home I ate dinner and then my mom wanted to go shopping. I of course said ok. We soon left and ended up going to Kohl's and some other stores. We tried on I think about every pair of jeans and pants all the stores had. Guess how many we ended up buying? None of them. The only thing we bought the whole night was a shirt. Just 1 shirt for the whole night. We got home around 9:30 finally! So I had a very bust day. I loved the fact that I didn't have to go to work and I got all my stuff done but it was very tiring. To top everything off I could not sleep at all last night. I tossed and turned the entire night. It was horrible. So I am really tired today! All right I guess that is enough about my yesterday. On Wednesday a coworker went to Sonic to get us some half price drinks. Little did we know he was going to bring back two dogs. They were the cutest things ever! One was a westie and the other was a mix but she was sooo cute. Dave ended up taking the mix dog home which by the end of the afternoon her name was Molly. The westie was a boy and I named him Bentley. I ended up taking him home but my parents said we could not keep him because we already have three. Bentley was so cute though because anything you told him to do he would do it. So we all knew that he belonged to somebody. On Thursday Dave and I called everywhere searching for his parents. Wednesday night me and my parents drove all around Tontitown looking for his home. Bentley got to hang out at the bank all day long yesterday because I didn't want to leave him with my dogs because I didn't know how my other dogs would get along with him all day long with nobody else there. Well this morning I woke up and I had a missed call from the Harps general office. I thought this was kinda of weird because I have not worked there in over two years. So while I was driving to work I called the lady back and she said the westie was her dog. She was soo surprised when I said we found both of her dogs. We talked for a little bit and decided she would just pick her dogs up at the bank. Well a couple of minutes later she called me bank and asked me what my last name was. So I told her and she said we were related! Shocker! She is my great grandmothers sons daughter. So she started talking about my mom and how it has been forever since we have seen each other. Small world to think that we found these cute dogs and it end up that I am related to them. If anyone knows my family we are very small so the fact that I knew them was surprising. I was really glad that they found their home where they belong. I know it was a relief to know that her babies were safe and not in danger. We at the bank were talking and Bentley was going to go to a family that lives in Little Rock because nobody could take him here. Now she was really sad when we called her today and said she couldn't have him but she was glad they have their old home back. For Molly we didn't have a family for her but I'm sure Dave would have ended up keeping her because all of his animals are strays. Well I guess I have talked enough about the dogs I fell in love with. Talk to you guys soon!

Sunshine!

This week as been very uneventful. Not much has gone on at all! I hate weeks like this because it seems like time just creeps by. Today is Lora's birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! We are all going to go out to eat tomorrow night at Granite City Grill. That place is sooo good. Nice pick Lora! So that should be a blast because it was the last time we all got together. Tonight I am going to Jose's. The one in Springdale have $3 frozen margaritas on Wednesdays! My favorite use to be the margarita swirl kind but I have found a new favorite thanks to Lydia and Tacara. Its mango!! It is the all time favorite now.

I had a great past weekend. On Friday I went to Downstream casino with my parents. Its the new casino that opened right around Joplin. I like it because its new and it does not smell like stale cigarette smoke. Of course I lost all of my money. I didn't take much though. My mom on the other hand won $250. So she was super excited. On Saturday I had to work but that was ok because it was only til noon. After that me and Taylor went shopping for Amanda wedding shower gift. I was out and about all day Saturday. Not a very good day at all to be pouring outside!! Later that night I went to On the Mark in Fayetteville. It was a lot of fun. It was a lot better than I thought it was going to be. The UFC fighting stuff was on so everyone there was yelling and screaming at the tv. Sunday was the best day! I didn't do much at all! I never get to do that so when the opportunity comes available I take it. It was so nice not to have to worry about everything.

I need to take all of this spare time in because its about to end. In two weeks I start school again. My life is going to be very busy when it starts because I still am going to be working full time. I am going to be taking 9 hours at school which will happen when I get off of work on Mondays and Wednesdays. Its going to stink! I like it busy though because my life is never boring. Always on the go. I just wish that I was finished with school already!

Happy Birthday Whit

Yesterday was whits 21st birthday. I was a little worried about going because I didn't know what it was going to be like. The past week or so we have had a differences and I just wanted everything to be normal again. To give you a little background information about what is going on with this drama is she went to the hospital about 2 weeks ago with a migraine. She ended up staying in there for about a week. They could not figure out anything that was wrong with her. The doctors out her on some medication but it did not react very well with her. It made her about to be a royal b****. She was yelling at me for no reason. She said a lot of things that I don't think I will ever forget. Anyway now she is blaming all of that stuff on the medicine. I think that some of it yes is caused by the medicine but not all of it. She was out of control. She has been off of the medication for about 2 days now. It seems like now that everything is fine. So that is why I didn't know how last night was going to go. It ended up being really fun. There were about 17 of us that went. We went to PF Changs to eat and it was yummy. I got this drink called the poolside something and it was sooo good. I had 2! That's how good it was. It seemed like she had a good time. I wont find that out until later though. It was very hard for me to look at her and other people that were involved and not think about the things that they have said to me. Oh well I guess that will just come with time. I guess that is enough of me ranting and raving. I hope everyone has a great day!

Drama

Why do some people not respect what you do for them? I have never understood that. I am the type of friend that puts everything before myself and it seems like some friends that I have just always take advantage of that. It is not right and I should not have to put up with it. The only thing is that I have been so close to all of their families for a very long time. I don't know how to place boundaries around that. I want to still be friends with the families but I don't know if I am going to be able to. I guess we will see. Its going to be very hard. You go from being one of the best friends to the worst enemy overnight when I know that I did not do anything wrong. That is how my week is turning out to be.

One thing that I do have to say is Bonnie's husbands dad is in the hospital. He went in last week because he thought he was having a heart attack. When he had all of the tests ran they found out that it was a heart attack but his gal bladder. He was scheduled to have surgery this morning but when they out him under his lungs collapsed. They had to be a respirator in and now he is touch and go. Larry (the husband) is now on a plane coming back from Florida to be with his dad. They doctors do not know if he will make it out of this. I need everyone to put him and his family in your prayers during this difficult time. I know this is hard on the family since they have been out of town.

Fun in the Sun

For the most part this weekend was great! I had soo much fun! On Saturday when I got off of work I went back to Bonnie's house where I am house sitting and I went swimming! Taylor, her parents, brother, and Grace all came over. It was the first time in a long time that we all got to hang out together. It was great! Grace was so much fun to watch because she is fearless. She would sand on one of the steps of the ladder and she would jump off to you. You would say, "do you want to jump?" and and she say, "no!" then here she came! No seems to be her favorite word but its ok because it sooo cute. Her swimsuit was also the cutest thing ever. Tanner and Taylor had wars in the pool. Everytime one of them would finally get on a blow up raft the other would tip them over. Haha!! Grace has trouble saying Stephanie and I don't blame her because its not the easiest name to say. She finally started saying her version and that worked for me! After we went swimming for a couple of hours we went and ate Mexican food. Yummo! That it the spot. Later that night I went to Wal-Mart to buy a couple of things and then rented some movies.

The first movie I watched was called Breach. It was just ok. I thought it was going to be a lot better than it really was. So i was a little disappointed. The next movie that I watched on Sunday was called The Last Time. I didn't like that one either. It had alot of language and sex scenes. It was not good. I ended up turning it off before the movie was done. It was that bad. I rented 2 others so I hope they are good. I don't know if I was just having a off weekend of selecting movies or if there just isn't any good one out there that are new releases.

Sunday was a lot of fun as well. I met Lora and her family at Ihop for breakfast/lunch. I think it was the hottest restaurant that I have ever gone to. The a/c was not working. Our waitress gave us a part of the menu to fan ourselves with. It was so hot that Rylee told our waitress "Its just way to hot in here." We died laughing. After we were all done eating we went back to Loras so Rylee could take a nap. That gave just enough time for me and Lora to have grown up talk. Don't get me started because there is a lot of drama that is happening in my life right now. Anyways, after she took her nap we all just dressed and went swimming! She lives in an apartment so we went swimming there. Oh course that was a lot of fun to. Rylee cracks me up. The water was perfect because it wasn't to hot or cold. It was just right. We swam for for awhile. It just felt so good not to worry about anything and just relax.

So this weekend was definitely a sun filled weekend. Summer is the time to just kick back and relax in the water and that is what I did this weekend. I had the best time!

Jumpin Crickets

This week has been kinda crazy. When I look back at the week there isn't much that sticks out. Starting today I am going to start house sitting for my boss. She is going to Florida for vacation. She is going to be back next Saturday. This will be a lot of fun because she has the cutest dog and she lives so close to work. It normally takes me about 20 to 25 minutes to get to work but next week it will only take me about 8.

On Tuesday I got off of work early because I have to work Saturday. When I work on Saturdays we get to have a afternoon during the middle of the week. So that is kinda nice. So when I got off work I went to Lora's houses and we went shopping. At the beginning of our adventure we had Rylee (her 4 year old) but she got to go spend the night with her grandma. She missed her grandma so she said she wanted to go and stay the night. Well while going over there she told me that she was going to get married Wednesday at 2:30 to a little boy she goes to church with. So I guess for now on I am just going to have to call her Mrs. Rylee. She is so cute. I just love her to death. Well after we dropped her off we met up with Lora's mom so we could go shopping. When you get all of us together you NEVER know what is going to happen next. We had the best time. We went out to eat and you should have heard some on the conversations we had. It was great!

Last night I went to a cookout with my mom. She works for a dentists and he had a little get together. He just moved into his house and it was so nice. I would love to live there. Anyway, after all of us ate dinner (which by the way the way it was sooo good) she gave every employee a wrapped box. The doctor had bought everyone a pair of Nike shocks. They were awesome. He was so nice for doing something like that. He just did it out of the blue. After we left there I went to my managers house to find out how to feed the frogs and hermit crab. One of her gran daughters for her birthday got these animals. Well she is also going on vacation so I get to look after them. I guess the frogs eat live crickets? They keep these crickets in this round tube thing. It has carrots and potatoes in it to help them live. I don't understand why but oh well. When Bonnie lifted the tube of crickets up the bottoms fell off of the tube. Crickets went everywhere!! It was soo funny trying to run as fast as we could to get all of the crickets out of the floor. It was crazy! There were probably over 50 crickets on the ground. We thought we got all of them but we didn't. We keep finding them the rest of the night. Her husband thought it was pretty funny!

This next week is going to be interesting because since my boss is on vacation that means that I am in charge. That is kinda scary since I was just promoted into this position but I will be ok. I know that I can call people if anything goes wrong. Wish me luck!

Bingo!

Ok so at work we volunteer once a month to go play bingo. Since I work in Har-Ber Meadows we play at The Maples nursing home and Culpepper assisted living. The older people love it! They always tell me it is the best time of the day. We go the second Tuesday of every month. We just rotate places each time. Well we went 2 weeks ago but they forgot to give us the bingo cards. They had been locked up in the closet were we could not get them. We waited in a room with the older people for over a hour waiting on these cards. Needless to say we did not get to play that night. So to make it up we are playing tonight! You should have seen the looks on their faces when we told them we could not play. When we go we bring them soft drinks and snacks. They love that because they are getting things they never get. It is the funnest thing when they do not when their bingo game. Sometimes they have yelled because they were only 1 number off. When they win they get to choose from differant prizes. I love going and playing because it just makes me feel like I am helping out in the community. It just makes you feel something way deep down inside. Well got to go. Its time to go play!

My Story

I am 23 years old. Wow that is hard to believe! Anyway thats another story. I have lived in NWA almost my entire life. I moved here from Tulsa, Ok when I was about 1. I work at Metropolitan National Bank were I am a Personal Banker. I am bascially the one that will open all of the new and exciting accounts, certifcates of deposites, and small personal loans. I love my job because I can interact with the people. I am not a person that could set at a desk all day long and stare at a wall. I need people to talk to! I have the best parents in the world! They would do anything for anybody. They are just truley amazing. I am not married or even seeing anybody. If you have any suggestions let me know. I love kids! I have several friends that have children of thier own and I consider them one of my own. I guess for now I will just have to settle for my dogs. I have 3 dogs (Crystal, Maddie, and Sasha). Our family loves them to death. Well I guess I have to go back to work! Talk to you soon!
